Returns & Exchanges

At Social Goods, we want you to love your purchase, but if it's not a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items back in the original packaging or a secure mailer and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
